Description

Discover the secluded paradise of the South Seas. This 1,100 square foot, 4th floor condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

It’s a front unit, with a wraparound balcony. “Beachfront” doesn’t do the view justice. Sitting on the balcony table, you’re only a few feet away from clusters of palm trees, with miles of warm sands and turquoise water spreading out in front of you. Turquoise lagoons encircled by mangroves sit between the ocean and a strip of sand that leads to the shell hunter’s paradise of Sand Dollar Island.

No, this unit doesn’t come with your own private sunset, but it sure seems that way as you sit so close to the beach, serenaded by breaking waves, watching the setting sun paint the sky brilliant orange.

The other side of the balcony looks out over the South Sea’s green oasis of tranquility, with a heated pool and a deck filled with sun loungers and tables shaded by tiki umbrellas. Paths wind through manicured gardens, alongside hedges and hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts beside Clam Bay. Another path leads to shuffleboard and bocce ball. The South Seas offers countless other deluxe amenities, like a fitness center, charcoal grills and a social room with daily activities.

The calming seaside feel continues inside the unit, with rattan furniture and decorative coastal touches like a lamp filled with shells. Sliding glass doors fill the rooms with natural light and surround you with a backdrop of palm trees, ocean and sky.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on the glass dining room table overlooking white sands dotted with palm trees.

The bedrooms give you ample closet and drawer space and sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony. There’s no more peaceful sleep than the one you get with salty ocean trade winds blowing over you and a lullaby of soft waves breaking on the shore.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
