Everything was great. From the 'check-in' process to the home and amenities. The only hitch was theat the A/C unit began to leak water on the last two days of our stay. We communicated this to the staff.

This is our third trip to Marco Island and second stay at the Apollo. The condo is very nice and clean, right on the gulf and has all of the usual amenities (pool, hottub, work out area). We also love the fact that the condo has the ONLY sports bar on the island that faces the gulf.
The unit we stayed in this time, 201, was perfect. Very nicely decorated, big flat screen tv's, all working appliances -- it was perfect! -

My three children and I stayed at this condo for a week in March, 2009. We have stayed in numerous units in this building over the years and would have to say that this is one of the nicest ones. I really like being able to look down to the pool from this side of the building and also get a little more sun on the balcony.
The people at Horizons were very nice to deal with prior to our arrival - and while there. An excellent company.
The cleaning service that handles this unit needs to do a better job and not be so rushed. The unit could be cleaner. And We actually found wet linens on two of the beds the first night and had to strip them, put them in the dryer at 11:00pm, and then re-make the beds.
All in all we had a great time, really enjoyed our stay - and the unit!

Our vacation was great. However, you need to clean the condo better before renting it out. Especially the bathrooms. They were not cleaned. The air conditioning stopped working after a few days and we didn't even notice it until the night before we left.

Fabulous vacation rental with spectacular gulf view. Unit came equipped with everything our family needed (cooking utensils, linens, etc). Perfect location as we were able to easily access beach, shopping and tourist attractions. We will highly recommend the Apollo condominiums to family and friends and will book again in the future.
