the apartment was clean and confortable,my kids were so happy there and enjoy a lot,the only thins missing were the shampoo in bath and the starter laundry and dishwashing detergent,also they need a mapo abailable to maintain clean the apartment.But generally we had a lot of fun and all horizon rentals staff and hotel staff was so friendly and very nice

Our expectations were high, but we were very disappointed. The unit was very dated and had maintenence issues. There were big dirt spots on the carpet, there were blinds missing (and we were told to close them after 9pm for the turtles), there were rips in the pillowcases, the pull-out was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens were very ugly. We only stayed one night but were planning on four. We moved to the Springhill Suites by I-75 and for $89 a night got a brand new, very clean unit. The owners need to make some investment in the property to make it marketable. Location can only get you so far. It is obvious that the owners either don't want to invest in updating or just don't care.

The rental company was recommended by a co-worker who had stayed at the property while working at a tradeshow. I was there also to work on a tradeshow and loved the property. I had no issues and would recommend to others for vacation purposes.
