Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Location is excellent and amenities of unit only basic and less than satisfactory
for the price. Tile floor is great. Fabric chairs and couch NEED a vacuum and
certainly a cleaning, Several towels were dirty. Is it standard operating
procedure to have the heating - cooling unit not in service. Could have used
heat on a few cool nights, but not necessary, so we decided not to call on the
weekend.
Customer service by phone on the first call was poor, in response to my
observation that pricing on the website was contradictory. When told that
there would be a return call, there was none. Customer service on the second
call was very good and excellent when face to face as we picked up the keys.
No one in office on check out, which I suspect is by design.
I would hope that other units are more up to date and consistent with pricing.
Should we decide to return to the area we will pursue VRBO.
