Loved marco island. Condo was poorly prepped. We had to rewash all bedding. It was damp when we arrived. The agent did pay for it and boug.ht us lunch -

The unit is clean and has a breathtaking view of the gulf and beach.We enjoy sitting on the balcony and sipping several drinks while watching the sun set. There are fantastic places to eat and we enjoy Marco Island.
The only draw back is the bed. It is Ok but probably needs to be replaced. This would be nice but not enough to keep us away. -

grea time! the only bad thing about the room was the mold in the coffee pot when we got there. i thought we paid a cleaning fee?

It is unfortunate we did not hear from you sooner where we would have immediately sent a cleaner over to make sure the unit was in perfect condition. Clausen Properties, Inc. answer their own calls (we don’t use a calling service) and someone from our firm (even on weekends and no matter what time) would have addressed the situation to your satisfaction.
