This was our 2nd time in this vacation home on Marco Island. Great location - close to everything. Well stocked with just about everything you need for a vacation week. House could use some small updates as stated before. Wonderful screen enclosed pool and lanai. Rental agency is super easy to deal with. No problems at all.

House was terrific! Everything we could have wanted and then some. Pool was fantastic. We only went to the beach 2 times. Rooms were very comfortable and house was very well furnished. Neighborhood was very quiet. Baths and kitchen could use a little updating in near future. Close to shops and restaurants. Nothing over 5 min drive on island. Overall a great house and location and one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. We will be back! Thanks for sharing the house with us.

My wife and I have been going down to Marco Island for the past 7 years. We have stayed in many different places in Marco. We have really enjoyed our stays at 1040 Dana. We really enjoy the covered lanai that overlooks the pool. We ate every meal outside. The big screen TV is also great for watching sporting events. We will be returning there on our next trip.
