Left on 07/19/2011 for a stay in July 2011
My family and I spent 10 days in the house...The house was great! Only issue I saw were there were dead ants all over the floor in the master bedroom. Didn't appear to have been swept in a while. Property Mangement was great in trying to get the boat lift to work. Even though it took 3 days, once it was working..it was great. Wonderful sunsets.

Home needs updating. My wife and I slept in the 5th bedroom, which used to be the garage. Very loud and noisy a/c kept us up all night. Great Water views though.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the home. We don't advertise that house as a 5 bedroom - that 5th bedroom is a bonus room since it was converted from the garage. We have other homes at higher rates that are newer and more up to date. In the future please call us and we can help tailor a home that suits your needs.
