Our vacation rental experience was great. The only problem we had was with the cable tv connection which we believe was broken by a contractor. Andrew was very helpful correcting the problem with Comcast.

We booked this house relatively last minute for a group of 10 people in a specific budget range. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the location. The view was beautiful and the water access was perfect for our kayak adventures. We used the screened-in pool enclosure every day and night. It was a wonderful gathering spot for everyone. The house was definitely large enough for all the people we had. It could use a new interior paint job, but overall it was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our vacation enjoyable.

The property was ideal for 5 Adults and 2 young grandchildren. Our son and his wife along with the grandkids stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. Our other son who was in a wheelchair was in a downstairs bedroom. Access to the house via wheelchair was not too difficult with only two steps. Nice view and outdoor living area. (Including an TV in the Lanai to watch March Madness). Walked downtown every day, about 1/2 - 3/4 mile. Too far to walk to beach which was about 2.5 miles. Great property, great time.

concerned about the aircon breaking down twice within 3 days.this mmade the conditions unacceptable.The rental agent was very helpful in solving the problem and kept in contact to ensure we were completely satisfied.
the pool was not cleaned until the day before we left despite the schedule stating a weekly cleaning.The septic tank was almost full although the rental agent was unaware of this.On many previous rentals on Marco the standards with US owned propereties was far better,I would say that overall,a beatiful location on an island we love visiting again and again.The rental agent was excellent -

Beds uncomfortable, towels paper thin, pool cold--cover was not on, master suite did not cool, no TV's in other bedrooms, oven not calibrated, washer/dryer were extremely inefficient and slow, hornet's nests on deck upstairs,blender was broke, toilet off kitchen ran the whole time, upstairs bath curtain torn, lamps burned out in master suite.

We enjoyed our stay at strawberry court very much, having visited Marco we already knew we loved the island. Great location, clean enough (few missed areas ie half easter egg under drawers) and I would recommend this property to a friend. Agent helpful when bbq needed fixing.

The house was in a great location and had a very nice layout. We were very comfortable there for our 10 day stay, and really enjoyed the sunny patio and pool. Andrew was easy to work with.
