The photos I saw showed the house exactly as it is...enjoyed staying there immensely...couldn't ask for more. I will say the decor is dated, but it has been very well maintained with new updated appliances since I saw the I imagine it is a work in progress! Would highly recommend this house. As for the property management company...Andrew is top notch to work with. I will deal with him again when I return...

Our vacation to Marco Island was fantastic. The house was beautiful and Andrew Vale from M.I.V.P. was very helpful. The pool and accommodations were excellent. We are looking forward to our next vacation to Marco.

Outstanding property and location. We were looking for a place to relax not too far from the beach and restaurants, and we got it! Also, all services received from Andrew was first class. We'll go back or sure.

Excellent, however we were very disappointed that there were no chairs and parasols for the beach. It is a beach location after all.

The MIVR agent agreed that we could repeat our 3 mo. stay, but failed to check with the owner for 4 weeks. Then we learned that the owners wanted to stay for 2 weeks right in the middle of the 3 mo. we wanted to be there. Very disappointing... House is fine. Location is good. Cleaners didn't do a very good job for move-in. But those were minor issues compared to the last minute change.

We have just returned from a week's stay at this property, and were very impressed with absolutely everything. The property was first class, and the attention to detail was spot on.
Andrew and the property management team were very helpful and considerate and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

we had a great time at this property, I've rented quite a few homes in Florida and this home had the largest pool in all the homes. I brought my family on vacation and we lived in the pool, fished of the dock, my daughter caught a crab and we caught many fish. Andrew the manager is extremely helpful. The property is close to everything.

The property management people were extremely professional and efficient. That said I thought the waterway at the back of the property wasn't quite as wide as I thought.I felt the property wasn't particularly children friendly as the pool drops to over 6 foot at one end, not enough outside chairs either. There is certainly an abundance of very good restaurants,all literally within a 5 minute drive, the Snook inn in particular for lunch and wildlife watching is exceedingly good. Meat lovers would like Porky"s restaurant as well. we played golf a fair bit which is about 15 miles towards Naples, bit hot (time of year) but very cheap at $25.00 a round!
overall would recommend this place though not perhaps with young children.
