This beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bath home is located along one of Marco’s many inland canals and very close to the Island’s east-end shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Some defining features include: a giant screened pool/lanai area overlooking a canal which offers great fishing, beautiful floors with very modern and new furniture, granite in kitchen and baths, stainless-steel appliances, and ample room for 8 people. Get the sun in your own backyard or spend your days at the beach before returning to your own private retreat!

First trip to Marco Island and so was unsure as what to expect, but what a fab place. Beautiful beaches, canals and excellent wildlife. We even saw a manatee swimming at the back of our house. Speaking of which the house was great with a brilliant pool which the kids loved. Would highly reccommend.

Great vacation! Very nice accomodations with great bedding and layout. The home was very clean w/e of high out-of-reach areas (top of fridge, etc...). Nice dock w/ a fish-cleaning table for you fishing enthusiasts. Could not figure out how to turn on the dock/pier lights. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again! Marco Island Vacations () were exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to doing business again.

The house was great. A lot of room, clean, and updated. Great location on island. Caught a lot of fish during our stay. The bikes made it easy to travel around the island. Saw Dolphins from the back dock. Pool was nice to relax in. Would love to come back next year. Andrew was great to work with.

It is a spacious house with a great view. We even saw a dolphin two days in a row and a Manatee in the water canal in our backyard. Andrew gave a great service and help us to find a high chair at Tiny Tikes four the baby. Not alot of space in the backyard to play safely for little kids. The table and bench in the pool was great for the kids to play in the water.

Well furneshed and appointed home with a great pool area and view over the canal. It was a home from home!
One small but frustrating point was the poor Wifi coverage. Overall though a great place to stay on Marco. -

The owners newly make over improvements made this vacation rental vary comfortable home for our entire family. The home was everything our rental agent promised and our 4th home we've rented on Marco and by far the best in our price range. Our son, daughter-in law & 8 week old granddaughter joined us for a week, they enjoyed the bed room with a queen bed and the 2nd master bath along with plenty of room for the pack and play bed for their newborn. This room offered plenty of privacy on one end of the home adjacent to Den with 32" flat screen and granite kitchen with all new appliances. Our daughter also joined us for the same week and enjoyed her twin beds flat screen and her own bath just outside her room. My wife and I enjoyed our room with a very comfortable king size bed 32" flat screen and dual sink master with a view of the pool and waterway just outside the sliding doors. This home offered a second open TV room with 32" plat screen with a enclosed breakfast nook off the master bedroom. The home also offered a vary large dinning room off the entryway and kitchen. This home offer 3 baths, 5 flat screen TVs and celling fans in every room making this home vary comfortable. The screened in heated pool,new patio furniture and large new gas grill for cooking fish you caught in your own back yard or reading a book or just sunbathing made this home vary enjoyable, relaxing and family friendly.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the net outside covering the pool. I would rent this property again!
