An elegant, spacious and well appointed Spanish inspired four bedroom, three bath with premium kitchen and two living rooms, large dining area with wine cellar, and three car garage. Magnicent pool and deck are with a separate pergola and fire pit beneath it. The pool area has a wonderful pool, spa and summer kitchen. There is a boat dock with direct access to Caxambas Pass.

9 of us stayed here, from age 8 to 65, and we were all very pleased with the rental. The home is beautiful and exceeded our needs. We are constantly recommending it to friends. The pool is fabulous and we loved sharing our morning cup of coffee with dolphins right in our backyard. We were even lucky enough to get a manatee showing.

The family had a wonderful time! The clean, spacious vacation home was exceptional with close location to the beach. The kids and I had a blast fishing off the peer. Will certainly return!

Very nice home, we all had a lovely time. The only offputting thing was the birds nest in the chimney which kept chirping mostly at night which was very noisy. Also with having tennage girls there were no hairdryers in the house at all which did cause a few problems.

I was very happy to finally have a week with my 3 adult children and son in law. We were very happy with the property on the whole. While we did have a few bumps at the beginning, I found Cathy and David very responsive to our needs. 1) the propane tank for the grill was empty and while it was quickly replaced it should have been checked prior to our arrival. 2) The pool vacuum does not work and the owners should have a net so renters can clean the pool as needed 3) the hot tub switch needed repair and takes some instruction to find and use properly 4) you cannot assume that everyone knows how often to put a hose in the pool to maintain water level. The hot tub out side the master was very noisy until we got that down 5) several lightbulbs needed replacing and the out door timer failed. 6) David had no clue as to how the fire pit worked but my son figured it out. Again this should have been checked prior to our arrival. I felt like I was the first person renting the property for the season.
I think that a home of this size and price range should have an organized owners manual to help renters navigate appliances, Tv's, lights etc. Would I come back? Yes most definately. However, I would request a walk thru at check in to address all questions at once. -
