Delightful, light and airy 4 bedroom , 4 bath home with a formal living room and separate family room. Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast nook. Master bedroom has a king bed and a separate sitting room for extra comfort. All three guests bedrooms have queen beds and all but one have attached bathrooms. Family room has a large screen TV and leather couch and love seat. Formal Living area does have a pull out couch. The back yard is spacious yet private.
This home is available on a weekly or monthly basis.

My family and I rented this property for a month and enjoyed every moment of it. The home was perfectly clean and fresh on our arrival, and was always a pleasure to come 'home' to every day. A very large home with more than enough room for the whole family (8 adults 1infant) never to get under each others feet. And each couple having their own areas and bathrooms of their own. Fantasic pool, great size, sadly neighbours tree blocked the sunlight on the pool at around 4pm (winter). Home was quite well stocked with things like beach towels, domestic towels, cutlery, bedding etc. Plenty of outside poolside seating. But my only gripe was that there was only one useable sun bed, and one very old, rusty, dangerous one which we removed from the poolside during our stay, so for a home that seeps 8+ this was not adequate.
Clausen property services could not have been more accomotaing or more helpful to my family, when and if the need arose for use to contact them, and I could not recommend them more highly. Well done Clausen Properties 10/10.

The house was immaculate, beautifully appointed and extremely spacious. We spent lots of time in the huge waterfall pool. We loved watching the manatees playing in the canal just across the street. The location was close to everything we needed and Clausen Properties did an amazing job making our stay the best it could be. Check-in and check out could not have been easier. Cathy's expertise helped me plan the trip - her suggestions were spot on for my needs. I unreservedly recommend the house, but mostly the Clausen Properties service. Two thumbs up!

House was very large with nice outdoors for swimming, eating, cooking, and just lounging. Location was in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to 'stuff'. Some things were a bit 'worn' in the property from rentals...but we liked that each bedroom had a bathroom and were satisfied with the overall stay.

Hi,
We rented the above property in august 2011 as 3 adult couples.
Plenty of room, but in places starting to get a little tired, most carpets marked, pool needing painting and netting has gaps and the outside grill was broken and dirty.
Arrival was interesting, flight schedule meant we arrived late evening saturday very tired and was able to collect the keys from Clausen's Office key box. Unfortunately the alarm disable instructions were not "crystal" so we got to meet the local Sheriff, all amicably resolved though.
So other than the property being a bit tired in places it is fine but may affect some people's view on value for money. -

The house is beautiful. Our family of 13 stayed in Marco Island for 7 days. We loved waking up to seeing the manatees in the morning and ending our day swimming in the house pool. The beaches are wonderful, not crowded and full of shells. Great resturants in the area and great site seeing. I would recommend a vacation in Marco Island.

We stayed two families in the house and found it very suitable for our needs. Lots of space, good standard, calm location and not the least a very nice pool area.We would no doubt choose this house again for a trip to the same area. In addition we were very well taken care of prior to our arrival by Bettina at the Clausen office.
A great week and nothing but good memories to take back home to Sweden/Europe!
