The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and lots of entertaining room for your guest or friends or family. The home is open from the kitchen, living and dining area. Century 21's Charlene Ballenger looked after us with zest & determination to have our stay there as pleasant as possible. The owner was most cooperative in regard to maintenance & even bought us a new BBQ.
The 4 bedroom home c/w pool/spa suited most of our needs quite well. It is located close to grocery stores, and other shopping, not far from the beach entrance, plus handy to Collier Blvd. leading of island.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Hibiscus flowers ~ both red & yellow, plus the beautiful salmon ones that come out periodically.
The little pool is easily heated & waterfall pleasant background music to the ears. Discovering the entire wall from living room to lanai opens, was spectacular!
We would suggest more updated furniture for the living room, including a couple of ottoman, and in the kitchen area, a fresh supply of stoneware bowls & such along with keeping wine glasses in stock for entertaining.
(there isn't any 'arrival/departure' area for the date of stay below ~ it was for 3 months ~ January, February,& March of 2012)
