Light and airy 4 bedroom 3 bath, whimsically decorated home located on a canal with a large deck and dock. Large and modern kitchen leading to an open, spacious dining room. The living room is off the kitchen and dining room and looks out on to the refreshing large pool and lanai with plenty of sunning on the deck.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the bathroom has a relaxing jacuzzi tub as well as a seperate shower. The guest bedrooms all have queen beds. This lovely home will sleep 8 guests.
This home is close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Available on a weekly or monthly basis.

We (family of 9 people) had a great time. The house is very spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet cul-de-sac and absolutely perfect for a large families. The loveley Marco beaches are within walking distance.

The house and total experience worked out perfectly for us. While we were only 2 much of the time (and enjoyed the peace and quiet) we were able to have family and friends visit for several days at a time and never felt crowded. All the accommodations were clean and bright yet not fussy. We were impressed by the completeness of the kitchen, as well as the ample, open space. Lovely location, also, with easy access to the beach and stores.

We enjoyed staying there, we enjoyed how spacious the house was. The only negative was the pool...althought it was large and clean and all, it was not heated so it was basically useless...i did not have enough experience to make sure that heating it would be an option and when we discovered it could not...
but besides that everything was very nice, the service at Clausen was first class. Marco Island is wonderfully calm, clean...Everyone in our family came back with fond memories...thanks for everything!
