We spend a week in this house, we loved it.
I will return next year if they change the mattress of the master bedroom, we slept because we were tired at the end of the day but it was really uncomfortable. The outside patio next to the pool has tile and all the kids and a couple of adult’s slipped. The rest of the house was more than perfect.
The management company was the best, ANDREW was always available, even at 6pm he help me get into the house because I left the key inside. -

Except some kitchen items which should be replaced everything was perfect! Wonderful vacation! 6 TV's, Internet, a clean, working BBQ, 3 bikes and much more.

Our family (6 adults, 2 children) stayed December 2010 and had an absolute blast! The home is gorgeous and everything you need is right at your finger tips. All the switches and remote controls are labeled making the house and electronics dummy-proof. All the linens and kitchen convienences were in great shape and things seemed brand new. The bedroom with the canal view has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. 5 stars!

Please know we did have to clean up quite a few dead bugs in the house.
We were very sorry that the pool was so full of dead bugs that we were not able to use it! -

The only problem we had was the pool it did not work the majority of the stay the first two days it was not filtering or heated. The pool settings were never fixed the entire time. The frig had food in it already and was very dirty. The house smelled do to garbage left in the garage it took a solid day to get the smell out of the house- not a pleasant way to start the stay. The Beds were fantasic I would come back just because of the comfort level of the home, the owners did a fantastic job in the decor and comfort of the pillows, sheets and mattresses we worth the upgrade they made.
