Lovely four bedroom, two and a half bath home not far from the beach access on Collier Blvd. The living area is an open floor plan with leather couches and large flat screen TV. The dining area has high boy table that seat 8 guests comfortably or dine outside on the patio overlooking the large pool. There is a table inside the pool for those who want to relax inside the pool with a drink or two.
The bedrooms have a King, two queen beds and a set of twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances.
Short distance to the beach and easy access via the walkway off Collier Blvd.

This is the 4th time we have visited Florida - and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. We were with another family and the space and layout worked well. The outdoor eating area was very spacious and because it was over the pool - we could easily watch the kids. We tended to eat in a lot and found the kitchen very well stocked. Pool was great and the beach was a short walk away. There were some local restaurants and shops about a 5 minute walk away - and the kids loved the ice cream shop! The house also had 4 bikes which we used to cycle to Publix to pick up a few essentials.
If we were to return to this part of Florida - would definitely stay in this house again -

Our family of 4 rented this house on the spur of the moment during Spring Break. What a fantastic location! Easy walk to the beach, and right off the main road, within walking distance to restaurants, movies, and stores! It was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities we needed, at a great price to boot!

We enjoyed the home we rented on Valley ave in april of 2012. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lani. We were able to walk a block to the beach and enjoyed many hours in the Pool. I would definitely rent this home again

Rental property was in a great location...very user friendly for multiple family members. Property was clean and set up with everything that would be needed. Property is in easy walking distance to the beach, and easy parking for those that don't want to walk. The enclosed pool and on site grill made life easy. Quiet location.

This was a last minute trip for my husband and I. Clausens Properites were great about meeting us at the last minute and setting us up. They were available when ever we needed them. The house was great. It had everything you could possibly want. Spacious, clean and ready to move it.Thank you to the property owners for having us into their home. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants.Our favorite was the Irish Pub just down the street. thank you again to all.

Our family had great week staying at this house. Everything was better than we expected. Everyone was very impressed with the great condition and cleanliness of the house. Check-in process was very simple, no hassle. When we arrived at the house we were happily surprised. The house had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Rooms were very spacious. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed including the washer and dryer which come in handy on a week vacation. All the appliances and furniture was in great condition. The pool area was awesome enough space for the entire family. The house is also about a five minute walk to the beach. This house is in a great location, very quiet neighborhood. We felt like home. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, quiet get-away. And we will surely consider this home for future vacations.

Our family has been traveling to Marco Island for over 20 years, now. This stay will surely be one we remember for the long run.
The check-in process was very simple; basically we just grabbed the keys and were off to the house. And when we arrived we were happily surprised. The pictures we saw of the house did not do it justice. It was a great layout with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The covered parking spots were great for the regular afternoon showers during the summer. The rooms were perfect for our needs and living area had plenty of seating and table space.
And the pool! What a great set up. Something like 5 reclining chairs to lounge in the sun, as well as large table with seating around for outdoor dinners. And that's just downstairs! Up on the deck was an additional table with chairs. Needless to say, even our large family was able to gather and eat together.
The beach access was a little farther than we thought. Luckily, we had some family staying at a nearby hotel, so we were able to access the beach through there. Otherwise, it would have been about a 15 min. walk. And with beach bags and chairs and all, it would have been a bit challenging.
Overall it was a beautiful home away from home. Aside from a missing shower curtain liner, we have no complaints. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, quiet get-away. And we will surely consider this home for future vacations. -

This house was very nice and perfect for 2 families with kids from 10 to 15 years of age. The pool was great. The walk to the beach was about 7 minutes. The ocean was very nice. Rented a boat for the entire day. Both families had a great time!
Ample space in the house - set up was really nice. Enjoyed both the upstairs balcony and the patio by the pool.

The property was located within blocks of the beach access. Movie theater, restaurants, coffee shops and a gas station/convenience store were just blocks away. Quiet neighborhood and the home was nice and clean.
I want to rent this property again! We all loved it.
