Great fishing of the dock of this 3/2 direct waterfront home, minutes by boat to the Gulf. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths, formal living room, dining room, kitchen w/ custom cabinets & granite countertops, high volumn ceilings, plant shelves, screened- in lanai with heated pool, and boat lift. It is in an upscale neighborhood with homes overlooking Collier Bay. The master bedroom has a king bed and there one more king in a guest room and 1 queen bed in the other guest room.

This is a great area for walking to the Marina (for bait for your fishing or renting a boat), or visiting shops, pubs or restaurants. You can also wal...k to the town center for greater shopping and restaurants. There is a museum in the center of the island to visit the Indian culture of the Calusa Indians who built our mounds on the south end of the island. The Calusa Indians built the mounds from shells from oysters, clams, and other shell fish to establish security and avoid flooding. There are great exhibits there. Our outstanding beaches with their sugar fine sand are extraordinary. The warm waters of the Gulf are desirable most of the year. There is also rental equipment on the beaches; boats, floats, and jet skis for adventure, as well as great restaurants for sipping those run runners on the beach while you watch for the green flash at sunset!

Nearby you can experience the Everglades and the Smallwood store at Chaukaloskee for a history of the Seminole Indians and their lifestyles. Diving in Key Largo is only 1 1/2 hour, Key West- 5 hours and Disney World only 5 hours north. Our affluent city of Naples, Florida is only 20 minutes drive to some of the most expensive homes and great shopping around. You can also visit our Zoo and eat at a gourmet restaurant. It's difficult to visit these places since you are already in "paradise" in Marco Island.Read more
