Electric pool heat is added during the months of Dec - May for $30/week. Pool utilized solar heat year-round. Electric heat is not always needed on Marco Island, but is a nice option during some months.

We try to visit Marco island usually twice a year. If you've been to Marco island before, you know what I'm about to tell you. If you're planning on visiting Marco for the first time, then I envy you because the first time you cross that bridge and come on to the island is a memory you'll always cherish. You'll be back many times after that.
Prior to having our first child, we'd always stay at hotels on the beach.
We found this house online a few years ago and have been staying in it ever since. There's no need to look anywhere else.
I can give you a laundry list of reasons to stay in this house: New decor, proximity to beach (3 minutes?), restaurants, beautiful pool, etc. The property speaks for itself.
As with anything you might spend money on, you look at not only the "product" but also who stands behind it. The owners of this property are fabulous and are one of the main reasons we continue to stay at this property. They're friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the quality of your visit. They're always asking "what can we do better?" next time. That's very important and pretty rare I think.

Loved the peaceful location near to the beach access a 10 minute easy walk.Not too far from restaurants and shops. House is comfortable,spacious and has good size pool. Great to have wireless internet. Slightly let down by the kitchen equipment and lack of kettle.Agent responded quickly to request for replacement gas for BBQ. Overall a very nice holiday home.
