Our vacation rental experience was Wonderful!! We had the best relaxing vacation in a long time. The rental home was georgeous, and had all the ammmenities of home. Very nicely decorated!!!

The house is very well stocked. We were two families staying together and I must say that it was big enough where we weren't on top of each other. The only thing I can report negative is that its probably time they change the glass sliding door, I think we all built up our muscles trying to open/close it.

Recently had the pleasure of renting out this property for our week long vacation in Marco Island. The property was updated, clean, and full of essential necessities. The location was convenient; close to the movie theater, lots of restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We took advantage of the boat dock in the back and rented a boat to use for the week. I would highly recommend this property for a family getaway to Marco Island.

The house and location are excellent! We loved it, our dog did not want to go home. The only complaint was that the pool turned green by Wed when the pool co arrived, mainly weather related I think, and they added so much chlorine it was not usable the rest of the week. In spite of that we will go back!

We loved the house and the pool. We spend as much or more time in the pool than at the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing vacation.

This was our second year in the home. We were hoping to continue to rent the same house for 6 weeks year after year. However, the price went up $2000 in two years! We felt that was ridiculous. We compared it to the prices of the surrounding homes. They were larger and less money.Where would it end? We are not returning to that home.
I believe the owner changed the cleaning service. We had to scrub the house from top to bottom when we arrived.
The management office, Andrew in particular, continued his exceptional service, We are really sorry that things did not work out. -

My husband, 4 year old and I loved this place! The location is great as you can walk to a choice of restaurants and the beach. The water at the back was brilliant, we saw a manatee the first day and then had 3 dolphins visit us another time which was amazing! It is at the end of a waterway so quite peaceful & not too many neighbours. We spent hours in the pool & appreciated the little touches like extra pool toys & toys for the beach! Would definitely recommend.

From day one of starting the rental process - Andrew Vale was exceptional and made me feel at ease with the procedure and his confidence in the property-nothing was too much trouble for this guy-thank you. Excellent property and we felt at ease/home immediatly. All equipment was of a very high standard and everywhere was spotlessly clean. When we experienced an issue- someone was on hand to sort immediatley. My own personal view (not shared by my husband) is that the lounge/family room is too dark but I feel sure this will be addressed. The master bedroom... wow that bed is so comfortable and again quality of all bedlinen / towells are top notch. The pool is a very good size but the lanai needs some attention. Bathrooms are fabulous again so clean and good size. Location- this met all our requirements so close to the beach/ restaurants and bars. Dont think we could have done better than rent this property.( Garage has new bikes(2) and everything you need to take a family to the beach.

We had never been away for a month before. We were nervous...how would it be living in someone's home? All that worry for naught. The home is lovely. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. All concerns were handled promptly and pleasantly. We were so pleased that we booked the home for 6 weeks next year.

Walking to dinners or movies with the boat in the backyard in a tropical setting was fantastic. The southern exposure pool was just what the wife needed. We did not want to leave.
