Clifton is an executive waterfront island pool home in the famed Tigertail area with high end details which include faux painting, crown mouldings, granite countertops, top shelf appliances and quality cabinetry with multiple built ins, fireplace, fantastic wet bar on lanai, as well as an outdoor kitchen and grill. Wired for sound throughout the house, with a built in entertainment center!! Wonderful private pool with hot spa, maintenance free dock with boat lift, and quick access to the Gulf make for a near perfect experience in the subtropics!
