Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom pool home located on the south end of the Island and over looking a wide water canal. The pool area has a western exposure so that one can catch sun most of the day and relax in the evenings out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful evening skies.
The house has great space with a family room and a sitting room, large open kitchen with wonderful views of the wide water and pool area, The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a small sitting area to watch TV. Beautiful place! Awesome views on Canal the only complaint was the dock needed some serious repair and the tile by the pole extremely slippery!

We had a great stay and the home was perfect for our first time down at Marco.
The current owners of this home used it as their primary home until they apparently moved out to a condo on the beach and you can tell he was a do it yourselfer w/ tools all over the place.
Location was great. We brought our own small boat and jetski, so we used the dock quite a bit. The dock needs to be repaired and redone, but not a big deal.
The inside of the home was nice, but could use some updating too. However, the price was right and for what we were looking, it was great.
We had never rented a house like this before and didn't really know what to expect, but thought it odd that we we provided soap in the bathrooms and linens, but no toilet paper anywhere? W/ three women in my family, it made for a mad scramble earlier than later to the local grocery store. Also, they need a few more items like brooms and pans to help guests clean up after themselves. Wasn't enough cleaning tools around.
These were minor items and if our only complaint (which it is), I'd highly recommend. -

Working with Clausen was a great experience. They were accurate with all the amenities the house had and they were very prompt when replying to my questions. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the view of the canal and sunset was spectacular. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. The pictures you see online show you the beauty and the room it has to offer. I would highly recommend this property to someone who is looking for a gorgeous view and upscale house.
