We are located in a private quiet neighborhood right on the water. If you are looking for a "party" spot, this house is not for you. We are with in walking distance (about a 7 minute walk) to the entrance of Tiger Tail Beach and our guests enjoy fishing right off our dock (fishing poles are at the house), biking, and of course swimming. There are grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, and nightlife all with in a couple of miles from the house.
