The property was very nice and spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and big. The pool was perfect and so was the outdoor grill. The location was convenient to the grocery store, shopping and to Tigertail beach. Marco Island Vacation Property staff was friendly and efficient and checking in and out was quick.

We were very pleased with our stay at this home. The home was spacious enough that we could spread out for our own "space" when we were there. It was very clean. The pool was a wonderful addition during the midafternoon for our children and it was clean the entire time. The home was full of things to make the stay more convenient, including a blender, other various kitchen items and lots of beach towels. The beds were very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk from Tigertail Park and just a 7 minute drive to the parking at South Marco beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and we felt safe the entire time. The company was good to work with. I had questions regarding the property before we went down and they responded in a quick manner. It was the most relaxing vacation we've taken in a long time.
