Description
This two-story, 3,000 square foot waterfront home, with rear exposure to the south, isn’t just fit for a king. It’s fit for two kings, and queens and all their princes and princesses. It sleeps ten, with two king beds (master suites), one queen, two twins, one murphy bed and three bathrooms, making it the ideal place for a family gathering or group of friends. It also comes with a two-car garage.
When you first step inside, you’ll think to yourself, “This isn’t a beach house. More like a beach palace.”
One of the master suites, located on the second floor, opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the canal and gives you a view of Marco Island. The living room, bordered by two full-sized sofas, is too spacious to fit in a single photo. You’ll lose count of all the glass tables beneath overhead fans, the potted plants and paintings and berber carpets.
An ornate dining room table beside an arched window gives you a view of the garden. A breakfast table beside a wall-to-ceiling window overlooks the pool. A fully appointed kitchen contains all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare anything from a formal dinner to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the lanai.
The beach palace spaciousness continues on the lanai, where you’ll find your own private heated pool and hot tub, along with a family-sized table, all overlooking the palm tree-fringed canal.
For in-home entertainment, you have cable and free wi-fi. There’s also bikes and everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of toys for the kids.
Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands, and it’s filled with ten thousand activities, like seashell boat cruises. Swamp buggy tours of the Everglades. Or how about a visit to the Marco Island Historical Museum? If total relaxation is more your style, lay back on beaches of sugar white sand and cool off with a dip in the sparkling blue ocean.
