Lovely three bedroom two bath home with a wonderful pool and spa area. Off the pool area is a dock with a lift for those boating enthusiasts. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedrooms have a queen and twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Relax pool side or in the spa and enjoy all the Marco Island has to offer. House also has internet access for those who like to keep in touch with family or work. Centrally located on Marco Island this lovely home is close to restaurants and shops. With all the amenities this lovely property has to offer you will never want to leave.

We spent Christmas 2012 in this lovely home. We enjoyed the cozy hot tub and swimming pool every evening with our three college-aged kids. The home was very clean and had ample room which allowed everyone to have some space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with all of our cooking needs and we visited the nearby Winn-Dixie almost daily. We plan on returning again. An absolutely great experience!

My husband, our two children and their partners spent a week enjoying Marco Island and the surrounding area from this lovely home. We arrived late in the evening and the check-in could not have been easier - we simply picked our package up from the mail box at Clausen Properties and let ourselves into the house! Checking out was equally as simple!
Initially we had difficulty figuring out the heater for the spa but one call to Clausen Properties and someone arrived to set up the spa heater and provide us with a lesson on how to toggle the heater between the spa and the pool so that we could maximize our enjoyment of both.
The doors on the home open wide to bring the lanai into the living space and we spent most of our week enjoying everything the home and outdoor space offered.
We dined at Cj's by the Bay one evening and were delighted to find that the cab service to and from the restaurant was complimentary!
The one thing I would bring along with me next time - and this only applies if you like to cook - is a good paring knife. Having said that, the kitchen is well stocked with everthing else that you could need and there are several groceries stores within a few blocks of the house.
The beach was a short drive away and we learned that the $8.00 day pass was good for all beaches in Collier County.
We will definitely return to Marco Island and would not hesitate to rent the Toucan again!

We have vacationed in Marco Island a few times now, but were disappointed with this particular visit. We come down from upstate NY and look forward to the warm weather and enjoying the outdoors. The first thing we had problems with was the spa. The heater rarely worked and there were no directions to get the spa started. The plumbing was an issue when someone was in the shower, the toilet would back up. The wireless internet did not work for us, and the house in general was not as clean as we expected. We love coming to Marco Island and hope to spend more time down here, but we will not be coming back to this particular unit.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out the Flipkey review. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding this property. We have addressed the issues to the owners and we are in contact with them to try to update as much as possible. The SPA can be complicated and the instructions are at the guest's disposal at the property. Our maintenance department mentioned to me that the plumbing issue was responded to by the Plumbing company upon hearing of the problem and that the WIFI problem appeared to be, we believe, an issue with the I pad. The connection with the laptop was successful. We sincerely do apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced. Our owners constantly strive to maintain their properties at the highest level of service. We look forward to your next trip on Marco Island and it would be our pleasure to welcome you again.

House was in great shape, pool was good once heater was turned on. Only problem we could not use the Jacuzzi because heater for it was not working. Otherwise it was worth the money

The property is in a charming location but the condition of the décor was disappointingly poor for this price bracket. Furniture and kitchen appliances were old, worn out and in need of urgent replacement.
On a positive note, I would like to thank Clausen Properties for the excellent service provided during our visit to the Gulf coast.

Facilities were great. We had a little trouble with the garbage disposal and hot tub, but repair service was prompt and unobtrusive. Pool/patio area was very private. Patio was spacious and allowed extended family to gather comfortably. Check in an check out was smooth.

Beautiful home, large. It was nice having the master suite on one end of the home and the kids rooms on the other end. Pool was lovely. Nice culdesac location. Short driving distance to beach. We loved the master suite, very nice, sliding doors to the back by the pool, huge bathroom with large shower. Nice kitchen, only thing is dishwasher was falling apart, so we had to handwash everything. I'm sure they would have come and fixed it but it was a nice bonding experience with the kids washing and drying the dishes. Would definitely rent out again.

Six of us rented this home for one week during the last part of February. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom suite on one side of the center of the home. My son and his wife and two children stayed in the two bedrooms and bath on the other side of the center of home. The design of the home was perfect for us. The home was light and airy with tall ceilings. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and in good repair and so nice to have right there off the center of the home. [Suggestion: It would have been better if both hot tub and swimming pool could be heated for use the same time. Also, the owners appeared unannounced at the door one day during our vacation to check on something at the pool and we felt a momentary sense of intrusion with that.] Airport and other desired locations were easily accessible by automobile. Weather in Marco Island was comfortable. We spend a few parts of several days at beaches that were close to the home by car. We enjoyed a few nearby restaurants. We spent one day at a zoo that was a couple hours drive from this home. It's been 9 months since we were there and I continue my hear my granddaughters (ages 2 and 3) "fly to Marco Island" when they play.
