All in all the house was very good,it was convient to all the places we wanted to visit as well as the beach.The house was clean except the master shower could be better .The sheets in the queen room were pretty worn and the lightening in that room is not good.The kitchen was supplid well except fot the dishes which were limited with only a serving for 6.Other then that the house was comfortable and did accomadate our needs well.It would be nice if at some point there was wireless internet connection. It sounds like I'm complaining alot which I don't want to sound that way these are just suggestions because we did enjoy the house.When we called with any issues your office was very quick to respond,so thank you

We would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out the Flipkey review. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding this property "Fieldstone Dr.".
We have addressed the issues to the owner and we are in contact with him to try to update as much as possible, especially about disconnecting DSL and installing WiFi. Our maintenance department mentioned to me that we have already replaced the sheets and we will upgrade the lamps. Also the dishes will be replaced.
We sincerely do apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced. Our owners constantly strive to maintain their properties at the highest level of service.
We look forward to your next trip on Marco Island and it would be our pleasure to welcome you again to the 1049 Fieldstone property next year.

We enjoyed staying in this house. It was very roomy and very clean. The beach was just a short walk and you could use any of the beach access.

We absolutely loved this home for our vacation. We vacation in Florida every year and have always stayed in a condo or hotel so we thought we would give a house a try. We loved it! It was clean and comfortable, we loved the pool and the patio area and with two daughters aged 16 and 10 it was nice for everyone to have their own rooms. It is situated in a great area for a walk to the beach as well. We love the Marco Island area and would definitely rent this house or another one from Clausen in the future. Everything went very smoothly.

Stayed at this property which was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids!
Girls loved the pool! Open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen. We were close
to the beach and shopping & we were able to grill some dinners a few nights
too. Well stocked with linens and very clean.
My only complaint is that the iron was an old mess!
We would definitely like to occupy in the future.

Our first encounter with Clausen Properties was the key to a wonderful
vacation: the staff were flexible, responsible and timely in their response to
our request for a "last minute" accommodation during a busy time.
We were delighted with Fieldstone Dr! Upon entering the home, you are
struck immediately by the open space, and the warm and welcoming feel.
There is a cozy room right off the entry, which I used as my office to finish
up some outstanding work. It was wonderful to be able to escape the
family in order to find a quiet refuge. Even a child who needs a quiet place
to read would enjoy that space. But most of the time, we ate our meals at
the island in the well appointed kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed our dinners
which we prepared on the grill and in the kitchen. Then, it was time for a
walk to the beach to view the sunset, and back home to watch television
together in the living room. Each family member enjoyed the privacy of
their own bedroom and bathroom.
The swimming pool was the most wonderful treat! We lived in our bathing
suits and had the convenience of the washer and dryer to keep ourselves
organized.
We felt right at home....our favorite memory: walking to the beach every
evening to view the sunset, with so many other families intent on taking
time to enjoy the beauty. We hope to return again, and again!
