Beautiful 2 story five bedroom home with breathtaking views of the Marco River. Take a refreshing dip in the oversized heated pool or spa within the large screened lanai. The Great Room features leather sectional with three arm chairs, and a large screened TV. The Dining Area is furnished with a Tommy Bahama style table with eight chairs. Breakfast bar has six stools and the breakfast nook has a table that will seat six people comfortably. It also has a large panoramic window for you to enjoy the dolphins play and manatee swim by. This house also features a 12,000 lb boat lift and dock for your use.

Had all the bedrooms occupied. Orientation provided for my brothers to be in rooms adjoining those of their kids, while my parents had the master suite. My parents enjoyed sitting in the great room and on the patio watching the grand kids in the pool and the sunsets.
The family had fun fishing off the dock and seawall also. Set up my dad's wheel chair so he could fish off the dock---which worked out well.
Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities.
Will rent again. -

I would like to start by saying that the service that Clausen Property offers is tops in my book.
The home that my family and I stayed in was by far the best one by far.
This house has a bay view, and every day we watched Dolphins and Manatees swim by. We fished right outside on the back of the house. Not much was bitting but it was great!
There is nothing that my family and I did not like. We are hoping that this property is available in 2013 so that we can go back. If is not, I don't know how any other property is going to come up even close to this one. I'm sure we'll find something. -

We stayed for one week end of april at this wonderful home with far enough space for 3 families (10 people), with the stunning view onto the estuary and the bridge (first we are a bit afraid about, but wasn't annoying at all). We saw dolphins swimming and even a manatee. We loved the pool area including spa and the spacious living room. Everything necessary was provided, all was very clean. We felt "at home" (the only thing we missed was small beach equipment like umbrella to take with us) . The handling with Clausen Properties was very easy and friendly. The location was ideal for our day trips to different places of interest like the Everglades and the wonderful beach of Naples. The Marco Island itself is lovely and neat, really a place to live. Definitely to recommend!

The Clausen Company were very friendly and professional to work with. The home was outstanding. Everything and more they had listed. So many home forget about trash bags, coffee filters, paper towels, etc. But all the conveniences were in the kitchen. Loads of room. My favorite place was laying in the master bedroom and looking out at the pool, the Marco bridge and the river. Spectacular! It's now my screen saver.

Our family came to Marco Island for a family wedding. We decided to rent a house for all of us rather than stay in the hotel. This house was perfect - had all of the amenities. It is a great house for a group and also if you are entertaining others, like we did one night, there is plenty of room. Great house.

This home was perfect for us, two grandparents, two son's, two daughter-in-law's, and four grandchildren (ages 4 to 8). Weather was too cool for pool, but the grandchildren loved the hot tub. Convenient location, great view. It would be nice if weekly renters had use of the property owners beach club. We would rent again and recommend to our friends. Thanks

My extended family and I have had the pleasure to stay at this home for 3 years now, this coming holiday season being our 4th. The home is always clean, the pool is always warm and the weather is wonderful! The location is great for morning walking or running, to get in that much needed exercise. The guys appreciate how close the various golf courses are. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and other shops to chooose from for all your needs. Everyone (ages 3 to 63)has had the pleasure of catching plenty of fish, right in the home's own backyard. Clausen Properties(especially Cathy), has continually gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable! As long as our family can afford this much loved vacation, Clausen Properties Inc. will have our business!

Our son was married on July 3, 2009 on Marco Island and we rented the Martinique house for our family. It was absolutely perfect in every way. We had 50 people in for the rehearsal dinner and it was very comfortable. This is a great home to entertain in. The rooms are all spacious, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances, beds are comfy, and there are plenty of bathrooms. Our favorite part was the enormous lanai...it wraps around the side and back of the house with a spectacular view of the river and the Jolly Bridge. The pool is oversized and very clean and there are numerous tables and chairs and grills outside on the patio. The dolphins swam right up alongside the property every morning which was an added treat. We would also like to compliment Clausen Realty for all the help they gave us. Cathy was a pleasure to work with and answered a million questions with kindness and patience. If you have the need for a large home on Marco, you absolutely must stay in this one...it is a gem.

Our home was gorgeous, very roomy, clean and well appointed. We loved the amazing views from every window. The pool is much larger than it looks in the pictures and so are all the rooms in the house. Loved seeing manatee and dolphins from our large picture windows every day & evening. Our best vacation to date, hands down!
One slight housekeeping issue was immediately taken care of, otherwise, no issues or complaints at all. Gorgeous vacation home! -

We loved our time in Marco Island especially in this house. We actually invited all of or close family and friends down and we got married in the back yard. It was so amazing dolphins at your feet daily and just an overall beautifal house. Clausen realty was so helpful as well. We will be back again hopefully soon!!!
