St Martin Yacht Club Studio is a one room studio for 2 with one queen size bed, shower room, sea view
Located on St Martin French side in a residence "feet in water" with direct access to the beach, this tiny beautiful studio will seduce you by its pretty decor overlooking a sand beach.
On the French side of the island, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the small town of Marigot and its marina, restaurants, shops and the local market.
Intercom, free parking and supermarket within 10 minutes’ walk. A perfect place for an idyllic relaxation

We are a young couple who visited St.Martin for the first time and chose to stay at the studio because of its location and we absolutely loved it ! It had everything we needed and more , from towels and toiletries to salt and pepper. The room was small but well worth it for the price and we always felt comfortable. Close walk to grocery store and the Marigot marketplace. Valerie was very helpful answering all our questions prior to our stay , and Philippe was very helpful when we decided to rent a car. We always felt safe in marigot and never had a problem , the studio was a close drive to all the amazing beaches and restaurants. The room was very clean and there was parking right infront of the building. If we return to St.Martin we will definitely chose the studio again !

Despite our robbery experience nearby this studio, tells more about the neighbourhood than this appartment.
The studio is clean and provide everything you need.
With a parking space nearby and a very good pizza bakkery around the corner.
Valerie and Philippe are nice and helpfull people and very friendly.
The studio is a good base from where you can discover the whole island.
We've had a very bad experience but for other people it can be different.
One advise: always take the car and close your doors! -

A very nice little studio... foot in the water, by the market, a few steps from the city.
Clean, practical, very well equipped, well thought, nice view... everything you need is inside.

Valerie & Phillipe are wonderful people to know when your vacation plans include St. Martin!! The St Martin Yacht Club Studio is a great "base location" for vacationers who want to explore St. Martin on their own. If you are adventurous, prefer to find your own way and aren't in to the touristy high-priced resorts, this is the perfect place for you to stay. It was a quick drive to all of the beaches and a short walk to many great restaurants! We visited Sarafina's most mornings for breakfast - just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the Yacht Club apartment building. The apartment is super-super clean, has a very comfortable bed and the amenities include anything you could possibly need. The building is quiet and sits right on the beach. The sea view in the photos are from the balcony of the apartment. Parking for your rental car is right next to the building and the first floor includes a great Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant. Across the street and down a bit is the Marina area with more great restaurants.
