Villa Ritanna D is a bright studio apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa Ritanna D you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands . Villa Ritanna D is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone , roughly 700 meters (770 yards) from restaurants. You will find a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the beach at 30 meters (approximately 100 feet).

Villa Ritanna D is located on the third floor of the building. You will reach it going up a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.
To stay at Villa Ritanna D you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
Villa Ritanna is a 4-story villa surrounded by the vegetation and facing the sun and the sea. It is located high on a cliff, which will allow you to enjoy an unlimited and charming seascape.
The villa is divided int four apartments, each one taking up an entire floor. Each apartment has its own terrace and a small garden, equipped either with a Jacuzzi tub or a small pool and a barbecue. You will enjoy the sun from dawn till dusk from any level of the villa. You will be able to spend pleasant evenings under the stars, gazing at the astounding scenery of the moon above the sea.
Villa Ritanna is located at the end of a dead-end street. Along this street, partly hidden by the vegetation, there are a few others holiday villas (a dozen or so). The dead-end street is only used by the guests staying at the other villas.
The Ancient Romans were the first to discover this area. They found it to be a perfect place for its mild climate, its peacefulness, its clean sea, and its fresh air perfumed by the pleasant smell of flowers. The area is also well-known for the tasty local cookery and the good restaurants where you will be able to experience it!
Just outside the entrance gate of the villa you will find the walkway to reach the sea. It is a short path with a few flights of stairs, roughly 30-meter/100-foot-long, and including approximately 80 stairway steps. It is dug into the cliff, and it offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It will take you to a lovely small pebble beach. Small rocks are scattered here and there in the water, making it a perfect place for those who are fond of snorkeling.
There is a small beach recreational facility at the beach which offers several services, such as a bar, a small restaurant, and rental of umbrellas and boats with or without a pilot/steersman. If taking a boat from this beach, you can reach Capri in 15 minutes, Sorrento in 30 minutes, and Positano in 40 minutes. It is a wonderful chance to visit the coast and discover places of incomparable beauty!
You will also be able to reach the gravel beach in Marina del Cantone, which is just about 800 metres (half a mile) from Villa Ritanna. There you will find umbrellas and sun loungers rental facilities, bars and restaurants, as well as boat rental and diving equipment rental.
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands.
The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and large fully-enclosed shower.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

We have visited twice in this appartment. It is a nice studio in peaceful location with a great seaview. Beach and restaurants are near. We did day trips to nearby attrations Capri, Sorrrento, Positano, Amalfi, Naples and Pompei. Road to amalfi is very beautiful. We like this place a lot and we are coming back again in september.
