Villa Generosa D is a bright apartment. It sleeps four people. From Villa Generosa D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Generosa D is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Marina del Cantone , where you will find a restaurant and the beach. You will find shops at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet)... away.
Villa Generosa D is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Generosa D we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Villa Generosa is a white villa on two floors, surrounded by a fenced garden. An easy walk from the villa will lead you to the sea and the gravel beach of Marina del Cantone. The beach is provided with bars, restaurants and resorts able to supply boats for rent and equipments to practice water sports. You will be in the heart of the natural marine reserve of Punta Campanella , a real paradise for scuba diving lovers!
Marina del Cantone is a very small fishermen's village, whose bay is set in the middle of the high and wild coastal stretch extending from Positano to Punta Campanella . The Island of Capri is reachable in 15 minutes by sea.
At Villa Generosa you will find five apartments, each one provided with its own terrace or patio, as well as a reception where a kind lady will be at your disposal for tourist information and other requests.
The villa has a large shared garden, just perfect for your children's outdoor games, as well as a shared laundry room.
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast . The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
