The villa offers a lovely view over the surrounding countryside and coast and with private swimming pool is ideal for your next family vacation.

External Description:

The villa is quite modern and is set on 3 levels. The villa features visible stone walls both on the outside and the inside of the villa (stone arches). It is surrounded by a well maintained garden comprising palm trees, olives and cypress trees as well as 2 lovely outdoo...r dining areas, one fully in the sun and the other in the shade, in the form of a loggia next to the kitchen. An outside staircase leads to the terrace located next to the master bedroom.

The garden to the back of the villa looks on to the gently climbing hill and on to the terrace where the swimming pool is located - being located slightly higher up, guests can enjoy a lovely view looking down on the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. There is also a gazebo with a further dining area and next door there is a dependence, which can be used to get changed and showered in. There is also a lovely stone path which leads down from the garden to the double garage.

Just 4 km away you will find the lovely sandy beach with the usual facilities, which is perfect for children.

Internal Description:

The villa was completely redone in 2009 and is set on 3 levels, a total of 300 sq. m. and can sleep up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms and a sofa bed (5 bathrooms) in the villa plus a 6 th. further bedroom (1 bathroom) dependence for guest use. The garden entrance to the villa opens up into a spacious double living area with TV room, reading room and dining room (with table and seating for up to 12 – 14 people). The dining room is separated off from the rest of the area by a beautiful stone arch. The spacious kitchen is practical and very well equipped and opens into a covered loggia – perfect for lunches “al fresco”. There is a guest bathroom and a spacious store room and top class boiler which provides water all day long. All of the rooms are very bright and airy.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom which has access to an outdoor terrace, a white Carrara marble bathroom, a further double bedroom with a passage way sitting room that leads on the second floor.

On this upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms and two white Carrara marble bathrooms with bath tubs, of which one is en-suite. All of the rooms have traditional cotto tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings.

In the living room on the second floor there is a marble area in one corner, whilst the kitchen has a beautiful marble sink (made out of one whole piece of marble) - this is very typical of the area.

Just a few meters from the pool area there is the one bedroom dependence and bathroom which offers lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

  Amazing villa, perfect for a week with friends if you want to enjoy a beautiful house and pool. A huge kitchen allows you to cook non-stop if you dare,and comfortable dinning room where to eat up to 13 people at same time. You'll need a car for some excursion and to get to the beach. I would reconmand it, if you want to get around in the morning and the afternoon and being back home for dinner to enjoy this gorgeous villa. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, elegant and funcional. The owner is kind and helpful for any request.
