Casa Marieva D is a graceful apartment made of stone. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Marina di Grosseto , where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
To stay at Casa Marieva D you will need a car. You will... be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner, has a cervical hydromassage shower and has a counter-current swimming machine. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 9.8 feet) . It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. It is shaded by a gazebo. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
At Agriturismo Marieva you will find a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench. The fitness room is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an hammock. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
