Casa Marieva L is a graceful studio apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps three people. It is appoximately 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Marina di Grosseto , where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).

You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 9.8 feet) . It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. It is shaded by a gazebo. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
At Agriturismo Marieva you will find a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench. The fitness room is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large.

The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
