Beaver Trail is a lovely fully furnished frame house resting at the top of a wooded ridge near the National Forest & only a short distance from Virginia’s award winning Hungry Mother State Park. Relax in a peaceful atmosphere with accommodations that include 3 bedrooms, kitchen & dining area, 2 bathrooms, full basement/recreation room with a couch/bed, washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, gas grill, linens, towels, & a covered porch w/a picnic table overlooking the yard & a field where deer and other wildlife are commonly seen.

Nearby Hungry Mother State Park offers a variety of recreational programming opportunities for everyone. Hiking, biking, & fishing are offered year round. During spring, summer, & fall a variety of offerings & opportunities are available in the park, but vary by season. Some of these activities or facilities include: An excellent restaurant; a boat-dock with paddleboats, kayaks, canoes, & fishing boat rentals; swimming beach with snack bar; interpretive, environmental education, music, & outdoor adventure programming; & a discovery center & gift shops to explore.
