This mid-terraced cottage is situated in the village of Osgodby in Lincolnshire and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. 1 The Homestead is a lovely mid-terraced cottage set in the village of Osgodby, close to the market town of Market Rasen in Lincolnshire. This cottage sleeps up to four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single with a pull out single bed as well as a ground floor shower room. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

From the moment we booked this lovely cottage, the service was fantastic!
Once we got there I felt in love of the cottage, same as my husband my son and my wonderful scottie, cosy and a beautiful basket to welcome us produce in the area, simply beautiful!
Spotless, Denby products everywhere in the kitchen!!!
The neighbours so friendly, can't believe every body smile and said good morning or good afternoon they are so polite. I was shock with honesty boxes left outside the houses!!!
Birds singing in the window, during the morning, very quiet and calm.
Close to so many beautiful places please visit Lincoln City and towns around is fantastic!
The only thing I did miss was a garden in the back, but the rest of the cottage is great!

This cottage is perfect in every way! It is easily located, easily recognisable from the brochure/online photo's and has its own parking space. It's lovely to have the small table and chair on the patio area. My daughter breakfasted out here; I enjoyed the final moments of the day with a glass of wine whilst star gazing and our little dog loved it, being able to watch the world go by-not that much does go by!! The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated with a lovely choice of pictures; ornaments and wall hangings. A nice touch were the fresh flowers in all the rooms. The soft furnishings were tasteful and added a lovely finishing touch. My daughter immediately took control of the TV, far better than any we have at home. It's a great touch that wi-fi is available, especially when a teenager is one of the residents! The gorgeous wooden kitchen units added to the positive feel of the cottage and had every possible piece of kitchen equipment/appliance. The welcome basket of local "goodies" is a great addition and much appreciated, as were the tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom is modern; a great shower and the towels provided were beautifully white and fluffy. The addition of M&S; hand soap was appreciated. All toilet rolls; kitchen rolls and cleaning products are provided. The wood burning stove was ready laid for use and there is plenty of heating if required. The cottage also has a very comprehensive book, with explanations relating to the cottage and ideas of what to do; where to go and where to eat in the local area.The staircase isn't the easiest to navigate but rather quaint. The two bedrooms have quite low ceilings but have very comfortable beds with crisp, white bedding and feather pillows. Our little dog was more than adequately provided for with blankets, towels and even a special hook for her lead! In every respect this cottage is excellent and a true gem!!!

We found it a perfect location for walking the Viking Way on the Wolds and visiting the nearby market towns, steeped in history.
Was lovely to find an impressive welcome hamper full of local produce, cheese made in the village, bread, eggs, milk and even a bottle of wine...attention to detail is second to none...a big thank you and yes we'll be back!! -

we'd had a really long & difficult journey from Italy & it was so nice to have a fire already lit.
The owner had left Lincolnshire produce.
The area is not the best in Winter but we were visiting family over the Christmas period.
We liked everything - there was nothing we disliked
