Newer, 5 yr. old 2000 sq ft, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, very comfortable home, easily sleeps 6 but can accomadate more, internet & satellite, granite counters, stainless appliances, bamboo floors(check the pics). "All you need to bring is food." Half hour to Kirkwood Ski Resort(ski lease is also possible from Jan to May), same distance to S. Lake Tahoe. Only 5 minutes to the wonderful Grover Hot Spings. Very close to many hiking trails & numerous fishing spots.
