A lovely ground floor apartment located just 5 minutes level walk from Marlow High Street with its range of great restaurants, cafes, and bars, and shopping. Easy walking distance to the River Thames.

This two double-bedroom Marlow spacious apartment benefits from a sunny patio area with table and chairs for those sun-filled summer days.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in beds. Main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

This fully equipped apartment provides you with everything that you would expect from a hotel room and more: hair dryer, towels, bedding, bathroom toiletries, weekly housekeeping plus a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. In addition we provide a large flat screen HD TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, Nespresso Coffee machine and free Wi-Fi. Fresh luxury Egyptian 400 thread cotton bed-linen and towels are provided weekly. The apartment is perfect for family short breaks, friends' get togethers or colleagues who are working in the area. If you are re-locating to the Marlow area we can provide a home from home while you find more permanent accommodation. The price includes utility bills and council tax; there are no hidden extras. Off-road parking for two cars is available in the car park.

Getting around

Marlow is a lovely town to walk around, with the great restaurants, cafe and pubs to stop off at. Great walking area around Marlow as it in an area of Natural Outstanding beauty. You can walk to the River Thames from the apartment and on to Henley or Windsor. Local companies let out canoes on the Thames for the day. River Cruises from Higgionson Park. A car is advisable if you want to go to National Trust properties, Legoland, Harry Potter World, Thorpe Park, Windsor and Oxford for example

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ian / Evelyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
