Due to the very high cost of electricity and the fact that in some cases some guests have the air conditioning on all day, regardless of whether they are home or not, 300 units of electricity is included in the fees. This is actually more than what is required to stay comfortably in the villa. A use of more than that will be at an extra cost. This will also help save energy and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions to our fragile planet
The villa can be rented to six guests at a lower price. It can also be rented for a shorter period of time. Minimum stay is for 3 nights. For further information contact the owner.

This is a great property located near the sea with great views. It is in a semi rural but central location with easy access to all the main attractions. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful which make it a perfect place to rest and withdray from the noise of the city but at the same time it is just minutes away from nice restaurants, cultural attractions, shops and beautiful beaches. The property is in mint condition, everything works perfectly well and the owner was very helpful and made sure we were absolutely satisfied. I believe that renting this property was well worth our investment and would recommend it to anybody.
