The bathroom has two sinks with additional comfort. In the basement (also accessible via the underground entrance, there is a private, lockable room for bikes, skis, etc. All doors for the house, apartment, TG and storage are accessible with only one central key. A private car parking space is located in front of the house.

Shopping: There are 2 grocery stores nearby (only about 500 meters distance) that carry everything that is needed for your daily grocery needs.
