Downtown in Gueliz positioned 50 meters behind roundabout between avenue Mohammed V and El Khattabi, where Cafe La Flamme is located. Supermarket Acima on avenue El Khattabi is only 50 meters away, as well as the main shopping street of new Marrakech, avenue Mohammed V. Lots of taxis available as well as bus stop to Square El Fna only 2 km away, it is possible to walk over there as well. On the opposite street Rue Ibn Aicha many local and cheap restaurants and eateries to taste real food and eat like the locals. Very safe neighbourhood. Airport only 6 km away.

All quoted prices are nett inclusive of airport transfer in/out, local professional assistance (also for car rental or excursions/guides), utilities (water, electricity, gas), bedsheets and towels with change, weekly and final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private secured parking in the basement, internet wifi with your laptop in my rep's office located in the building opposite and outdoor pool in the building opposite. Main prices for 2 persons, additional charges for 3 or 4 persons.
A breakage deposit of euro 200 is requested upon arrival and will be returned upon positive check-out. No hidden charges.
The rates are identical all year round, except for the New Year's week where a rate of euro 450 is charged for 2 persons.

This apartment was in the heart of the new area "Gueliz", and closely situated to all attractions. There is a city bus around the corner [No. 1] which goes directly to the Medina. There is grocery store, bank atms and restaurants. If you enjoy walking, there are many things within distance.
Apartment is nicely appointed and roomy for a one bedroom. We found the convenience of being able to make our own coffee in the morning, preparing an occasional meal, and sleeping in a nice comfy king size bed to be a real plus.

The flat was very nice , well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. we were picked up by the flat rep on time from the airport and taken back on time. we couldnt have asked for a better deal and looking forward to going back again in the near future.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Marrakesch verbracht auch dank dieser Unterkunft. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur abreise war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Extraleistungen wie Parkplatz und Pool haben das Ganze vervollständigt. Sie hat eine sehr gute Lage und ein auto benötigt man nur für die ausflüge in der Umgebung. Taxi Preise sind gering. Wir fanden den bezahlten Preis für das Objekt und die angebotenen Leistungen angemessen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Ce fut notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement très confortable idéalement situé dans une rue calme de Gueliz, a deux pas des restaurants, cafés et magasins sur Mohammed V et à seulement quelques minutes en taxi de la Medina. La piscine dans l'immeuble est certainement un plus et de bonnes dimensions. L'appartement est bien agencé avec bcp d'espace pour garder ses affaires. Le lit est super! La proprietaire est aimable et serieuse, et son represantant sur place fait un très bon travail et est très disponible. Pour nous certainement un très bon produit que nous conseillons à nos amis.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo a Marrakech in questo alloggio che ci ha offerto tutte le comodita' (anche la piscina) e la tranquillita' dopo una giornata di visita in mezzo alla folla! Ci siamo sentiti molto bene, l'alloggio e' molto ben attrezzato, il letto incredibilmente comodo, c'e anche la mokka per farsi subito il caffe' al risveglio! Il balconcino e' veramente gradevole ed il tramonto fantastico. L'assistenza da parte del rappresentante locale e' stata ottima. Insomma noi raccomandiamo il posto, tra l'altro il contatto e la prenotazione con la proprietaria italo/francese sono andati benissimo, ci ha mandato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro arrivo ed ha risposto pazientemente a tutte le nostre domande. Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Tout s'est bien passé de la réservation à l'accueil de l'agence sur place à la qualité du logement. Nous avons été agréablement surprises par l'appartement en nous sentant comme si nous étions là depuis toujours. Il est très bien conçu avec tout ce qu'il faut tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Si je devais refaire un séjour à Marrakech ce sera dans cet appartement.
