Far from the bustle of the Medina, renting this apartment is ideal for a budget visit to Marrakesh. You will discover another facet of this city, away from the tourist crowds, in a modern Moroccan district : Saada, on the road to Casablanca, near the Marjane supermarket. A well located pied-à-terre for discovering Marrakesh and its surroundings.
The free-access terrace on the top of the building offers a 360° view on the Atlas mountains, the palm grove, the countryside and the desert.

The Saada district is at the end of Allal al Fassi avenue. It is well-known by the locals, near the Marjane supermarket on the road to Casablanc and close to the palm grove. It is a quarter of an hour away by car from the Medina, Bab Dukkala and Jema el Fna, and is well serviced by taxis and buses.
Shops abound in the neighbourhood. There is a pharmacy at the foot of the building, owned by a very competent and kindly lady-pharmacist. Banks are 30 metres away with credit card cash withdrawal services, a grocery in front of the pharmacy, 2 cyber-cafés 100 and 150 metres distant, a snack bar, a café, restaurants, car-rental, a hardware store, all within 100 metres. Hammam and mosque 300 metres away, Marjane supermarket, Mr. Bricolage, a shopping mall 300 metres away on the other side, a bus stop for central Marrakesh.

Area in the suburb of Marrackech a little bit far from downtown but among the typical morrocan people. Quiet area. The best in this flat is the sightseing from the top of the building. Landlord is accomodating and the rental is cheap!

L'appartement est situ? dans un quartier r?sidentiel de la ville. Toutes les commodit?s sont au pied de l'immeuble. Pour se rendre rapidement au centre de la ville, le bus est en bas de l'immeuble. Vous avez ?galement la possibilit? du taxi. Le hammam pas pour les touristes, le petit-d?j. vrai sur une terrasse ensoleill?e ? 2 pas, les commerces, les cyber-caf?s, etc, etc ... C'est g?nial. Le quartier est super tranquille, loin des tumultes et de la circulation. Nous avons pass? une semaine formidable.
