Special for 2012... All rooms starting at € 50 per night. Be sure to ask about any SPECIAL rate offers. We offer discounts to Education providers and students.
Chichaoua, Beni Oarain and Marmoucha can be fitted with an additional twin bed. All rooms can be fitted with additional child single bed roll. For children up to 10 years of age an extra bed roll is at no extra charge. We also have a baby crib available on request.
Children are always welcome, but parents must supervise them at all time.
The entire riad may be booked for a minimum of three nights. This is a rental with a housekeeper/cook and 24 hour on premise house-manager. In addition including free extras... airport or train station pickup, breakfast, tea and coffee on request, WiFi Internet access, iPod docking station by request.
Long term rentals are considered at a discounted arranged price.
Booking conditions:
A confirmation will only be confirmed once a deposit is received by either credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Booking policy:
Deposit of 20% of total accommodation cost to secure reservation. Remaining 80% of total accommodation to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
More than 14 days before arrival, 20 % of total accommodation charged, 14 days or less 100% of total accommodation charged.
All requests for changes or cancellation must be in writing sent by email or fax.

We - three mothers with four teenagers - spent one week in this lovely riad (we rented the whole place to ourselves) at the beginning of april 2012, and despite the quite cold and somewhat miserable weather, we had a lovely time, not least because of the Riad Ma'ab.
The housekeepers, Hussain and Sana, made their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and instead of having a barbeque dinner on the rooftop terrace, we had a candlelight supper by the fireplace in the downstairs living room.
The Riad itself was new, and had excellent facilities, and was clean and well kept. Quite the thing for "picky northerners". It is situated in the old medina, a few steps away from the "zouk" (the old market), and though hard to find in the beginning, proved to be very convenient for walks around the medina. Be prepared though (if you have not been to africa before), that outside of the riad, it is both noisy and dirty - and the motorbikers driving in the narrow alleyways show no respect for pedestrians ...
All of this being said, Marrakech is an enchanting place, and the Riad Ma'ab is to be recommended for your stay! -

We rented this beautiful Ri'ad for our family for a couple of days. The Ri'ad was wonderful: nice rooms, very friendly service, great food - ask for the BBQ!. It made our stay in Marrakech work, because the city itself is noisy, dirty, full of loud people.

Nine of us stayed here for the week during half term, six adults and three children aged 9 to 14. From the moment we arrived , nothing was too much trouble. The Riad is absolutely beautiful with comfortable bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Having the Riad to ourselves made a difference. The weather was glorious, sunshine every day and we had delicious homemade breakfasts on the roof terrace. We also had dinner at the Riad several times which surpassed local restaurants. Hussain was the perfect host. We went to Essouria and the atlas Mountains on trips organised by Hussain. It was unforgetable.

Riad Ma'ab was fantastic!!! This traditional Moroccan home definitely exceeded our expectations. It has been renovated to such a high standard. Everywhere was clean, tidy and welcoming. When the four of us stepped out the taxi on arrival, we didn’t know what to expect, as from the outside it just looked liked all the other Riads in the area. However, once the front door was opened, we were standing in a Moroccan Haven. Once inside the Riad it’s hard to believe that just around the corner is the hustle and bustle of the local souks and the main roads. The rooms were large and comfortable with fresh linen and towels. There are two salons to relax in, read, listen to music or play games. The whole place was spacious even though other guests were there at the same time. Breakfast is served every morning when you’re ready and it was such a treat to eat breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The Riad is situated about 10/15minute walk to the main square or you can jump in a cheap taxi which takes about 2 minutes and costs a couple of pounds. Thank you Riad Ma’ab for a great holiday home :)
