A large garden with an access to a large swimming pool makes this property a very nice place to stay and relax with your family and friends.

A great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for 6 grown ups. Very quiet and peaceful setting within a gated complex. The pool is fantastic especially in the heat of the summer (even has a special area for very little children). Aircon in all 3 bedrooms and main living room but didn't seem quite cool enough at times. Maid/cook service in the riad is also very good and we were able to eat very well and traditionally.
Location is good - on the outskirts of the city but only 10-15 mins and you are in the centre which means you can explore various parts of Marrakech in the morning and then come back and have a peaceful afternoon by the pool!!
Overall highly recommended. -

These villas are situated in a gorgeous park area with a beautiful pool. Surroundings are really well kept. Our kids loved to run and swim and finally get their energy out after the busy Kasbah of Marrakech.
Unfortunately the villa itself was not very comfortable. Spacious, but badly maintained. The kitchen was quite dirty, bedroom floors were very dusty. No manual for the satellite tv (didnt get any channel), kitchen only had absolute basics like (old) pots and pans (no microwave, no juicer). There was a nice modern washing machine but no clothpins or facility to hang clothes to dry. We were missing other simple things like scissors, bins, towels or bathmats. For 6 guests, we were only given 6 small towels for 3 days (one each), one was actually a shower mat. There is one master bedroom with good size bathroom, but the other 2 bedrooms need to share a tiny bathroom with a shower without a curtain- everything was soaked! The toilet leaked water when you sat on it.
The manager of this villa (owner is in France) is a guard who hardly speaks any French. We requested more towels but didnt get any.
The house at night was extremely cold in March. The 2nd day of our stay we arranged a cleaning lady to clean because we just didnt feel good, even about making a simple breakfast in the kitchen. Groceries are 15 min away with the taxi at the grocery store which doesnt sell bread. All very uncomfortable and unpractical. If the owner would be more attentive to the needs of his guests and upgrade the house a little this could be great place to stay!
We left one day earlier as we just did not feel like this was a holiday. We left with a drama. The guard (/property mgr) would not let us leave until we had permission of the owner on the phone. The owner started an argument and would not listen to our reasons for leaving. Eventually we left- but it was bad! Never rent from this owner again.Response from M. Chaoui - 07/10/2012

Many thanks for your comments. We are quite sad and surprised to hear that you hadn’t spent a good time in our property. Our main goal is that our clients feel comfortable in our riad and spend an excellent time in Marrakech. We rent our villa for several years and we always pay attention on our client’s feedback as we think that it is the best way to improve the environment where you stay.
For your information, we always bring a cleaning person one day before the arrival of clients. In our villa description, it is well stipulated that there is no microwave, but an oven is provided. We fully understand the need of some of our clients and we are planning soon to equip the villa with a microwave, a juicer … We added additional towels, thanks to your comments ;)
There is a supermarket at 10 min by car from the villa where you can find all what you want, and small groceries and bakehouse for bread at 5 min by car.
We have a friendly manager for more than 15 years who welcomes you and provides you the key. We are always connected with him during your stay, especially with clients speaking English and who requires additional services or information.
Once again, many thanks for you feedback. We felt really surprised by your comments as previous clients were quite satisfied by our villa and the facilities provided and please note that we have made the necessary to make that never happen again.

Awesome!! Practical in all points of view: enjoy wandering in the centre of Marrakech and their flea markets and going out easily as the villa is cosed to the centre and on the other hand stay in calm in this peacefull villa. For sure on ur way back, u'll discover a perfect tan even if you are english!

J'ai passé une semaine dans cette maison qui se situe au sein de la palmeraie.Les prestations offertes par la maison (équipement, confort, place, etc.) ainsi que par le complexe résidentiel (piscine, tennis, etc.) furent tres appréciables. Après une journée de balade dans la ville, cette maison est idéale pour se détendre et profiter du beau temps entre amis ou en famille.

Agréable villa pour passer des vacances au calme dans la palmeraie de Marrakech. Qu'il est bon de se reposer au bord de l'eau sur le gazon.
La proximité de la ville et de l'Atlas en font le lieu idéal pour visiter le Maroc et découvrir les charmes de la région.

Great place for kids with excellent pool - deep enough for adults in the main pool, nice-sized kiddie pool for toddlers, and a winding canal going under bridges which is fun for kids. The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and greenery. Inside the home you can open double doors looking out onto the pool and grounds. The other homes on the grounds are discreetly tucked away behind lots of greenery and both times we've stayed here we've met very friendly people at the pool. The kids are always meeting new kids from all over the world so they really enjoy coming here as well. The streets leading into this villa are quiet and are great for jogging. Even on cooler nights you can light up the fireplace. Good value for a Marrakech villa.

The villa was nice. Yasmina Residence is very quiet and peaceful which is nice to come back to after spending a day in the Medina. The villa lacked a few amenities, ie bottle opener, matches to light gas oven, knife, chopping board, but I advised owner on return who will add these to the kitchen. the villa was big enough for us our three children and the childrens nanny. The pool caters for everyone, baby wading pool, an area that children can walk around and touch the bottom then the main pool which is well over 2m deep. Yasmina Residence is 20 mins from the Medina but the main supermarket is down the road. Siaad our fantastic taxi driver gave service over and beyond and also his friend Ali (who were the only two who spoke english). they helped me with the food shopping, taking me and my husband out for dinner, recommended some wonderful restaurants. Thanks to the owener who also got Siaad the taxi drivier to pick us up and drop us off at the airport.
What I liked most was that the villa was in a very quiet, tranquil place. What I didn't like was that the beds were hard and were two twin beds joined in the middle. Overall we had the most relaxing time and especially with 3 little boys under 5 yrs old we managed to have one of the best holidays ever. -

nous avons cette villa de la Loue 15 jours en août 2006 à 3 couples, pas de mauvaises surprises par rapport à la description du propriétaire, villa entièrement climatisé, trois chambres, grand sejour salle à manger, superbe piscine, terrain de tennis en terre battue, le Personnel discret et très voisinage, bref rien a redire sur cette villa dans la palmeraie

I stayed 2 weeks and that was great. The owner came from Casablanca to deliver the keys. He also gave me some good adresses of restaurants in Marrakech and it was delicious. The residence is not far from Jamaa Elfnaa which was good.
Air conds are installed in the different rooms and in the living room. The swimming pool was great and the garden is really nice. Everything was available in the kitchen.
Well, to sum up, it was a nice place for relaxing and have a good time. Not really expensive comparing to some hotels and other places.
I recommend this place, really. Just go! -

Je me suis installée dans cette villa avec mon mari et ma fille pendant une semaine. Nous étions à la recherche de dépaysement, de soleil, de calme et de paix.
Nous étions comblés !
Cette charmante villa avec piscine et sans vis à vis se trouve au milieu d’un espace vert entouré de palmiers. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, vous n’aurez rien à emporter avec vous.
La résidence se trouve à 15 mn du centre ville, ce qui nous a encouragés à visiter la ville rouge et à découvrir son histoire et son évolution.
Perso, j’ai été conquise. Allez-y !

I've spent 10 days in that place with my family.
It was really nice, extremely peacefull and the weather was good. Rooms were ok with air con. The owner offers us the opportunity to have a maid to do the cleaning every morning for free.
The swimming pool is ideal for children as it's not very deep.
Downtown is not very far from the house.
Nice place for spring break!
