Consisting of one double bedroom with ensuite and shower, two single bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen and living room. Situated just a few minutes away from the promenade where you can find restaurants, fast food places, bars, banks, car rental, diving centre, church,etc. Great and peaceful any time of the day!

Whether you are looking for relaxation, adventure, historical sites, beaches, night life, Malta has it all. Though an island Malta has a long and rich history with evidence for habitation going back to the Neolithic era and boasting some of the world's most ancient standing buildings. Malta's climate is similar to other Mediterranean climates. Winters are mild and summers are guaranteed to be dry, warm and with a minimum of 3 months of clear blue skies! Transportation around the island can be either by bus, taxi, car rental and bicycles can be rented from all over the island. The sister island Gozo can be reached by (drive through) ferries and even by sea plane. While here should you wish to spend an unforgettable day at one of the most beautiful beaches probably in the Mediterranean, then we suggest you take a trip by boat to Comino, where you can enjoy the clear blue water at the Blue Lagoon. Boat trips are fairly cheap (around Euros12 per person round trip) and offer very good and efficient service. Please ask for further details and assistance!

An attractive more than weekly rate is available. Please inquire giving duration of stay.
Free Wifi Internet connection.
A 20% deposit is required on booking. Deposit is accepted by Bank transfer. Balance to be paid on check-in.
Rate given is for a maximum of 4 persons and includes the use of water and electricity. Air conditioning is metered and charged extra at Eur0.30 per unit. Use of free standing fans is free. Please ask for rate for additional persons.
Private parties and loud music is not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is to be left clean and in a good condition. A damage deposit fee of Eur100 is required on arrival in the event of any damages/shortages occurring during your occupancy. A fee of Eur50 will be charged if the apartment is left dirty.
Full refund will be given once the property and its contents are found to be clean and in order.

  Amazing Malta Experience

  I had the opportunity to stay in Malta for two months in June and July. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and Edward went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly and that we we were comfortable. Whenever we had any issues (and we only had a couple minor issues with the internet) Edward would respond promptly and resolve the issue! Marsascala is great community, however it is a 30min+ bus ride into Valletta! Very quiet at night, but it is nice to be apart from other tourist areas, and the swimming is amazing!
