Private cottage with panoramic sea views in a quite neighbourhood on beautiful Pelican Shores (Marsh Harbour). Walking distance to numerous amenities including kayaking, bike and car rentals, restaurants, ferry services, and gift shops. This 2bed/2bath has 2 queen beds. The kitchen contains cookware and utensils for a relaxing meal at home, or you can walk to the Jibroom or Boat Harbour restaurant nearby for a meal on the water. A private dock is available if you desire to rent a boat and kayaks are included on property.

We stayed here in November 2011. The house is located just minutes from Mermaid Reef (excellent snorkelling) in a quiet cul de sac with water views from a couple of aspects. The main strip is only a 10/15 min walk away. Photos don't quite do the living area justice, which is nicer in reality with extremely comfortable sofa, cable tv/dvd player and kitchen with island and dining area. Outside, there is a lovely covered patio with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ. The proprietors couldn't have been more helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and knew where all the various local amenities were. If you are looking for a quiet spot for two to four people in Marsh Harbour then this definitely provides that.
