Our house is a stone old quiet restored country house, located near the town of Viterbo close to Orvieto and Rome, at the borders to Tuscany and Umbria, sleeps14, in two separate apartments, has a 6x10 meters swimming pool, , is immersed in an olive plantation, it has a beautiful country italian style garden with fruit , flowers, mediterranean bushes like lavender, sage thyme, rosemary, and shade spot where to relax, it's surrounded by hills, vineyards and fields, it's 5 minutes from the beautiful Bolsena Lake, not far from the famous 'Thermal Baths of the Popes', from the sea, and from many interesting archeological sites and art cities...Read more

abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa spendida casa. L'atmosfera è calda e molto romantica. Eccellenti ristoranti nei dintorni e luoghi per escursioni.

Siamo stati in questo splendido casale qualche settimana con due coppie di amici per una breve vacanza. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci la signora Gaia, che ci ha aperto le porte di questa tenuta molto elegante ed accogliente a due passi da Viterbo e poco distante da Roma. Oltre alla piacevole sorpresa di aver trovato delle bellissime stanze ed un'ampia living-room, Gaia ci ha dato degli utilissimi consigli su dove acquistare prodotti tipici (veramente ottimo il caseificio, del quale purtroppo non ricordo il nome) e sulle passeggiate (consiglio di andare al tramonto in riva al lago, colori e atmosfera incantevoli). Di ristoranti non abbiamo avuto bisogno in quanto abbiamo cucinato e mangiato davanti al camino. Molto consigliato per coppie o gruppi di amici che desiderano trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità e rilassarsi in campagna con . Prezzi abbordabili e nella media. Arrivederci signora gaia e grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente a trovarla quest'estate.I padovani :)

Charming and very comfortable , practical and easy, ideal for Italian vacation , spacious ,nice and pleasantly furnished , good for adults and children ...nice yard and beautiful swimming pool . Cool in the summer, warm in the winter.Well connected to centers and close to Rome ,but feel like open country.
