We offer a dependable Wi-Fi connection with speeds of approximately 20 Mbps, making it an ideal setting for remote work or staying connected while enjoying your holiday.
This two-story home boasts three bedrooms, two of which feature comfortable double beds, while the third is equipped with two single beds. There are two immaculate bathrooms with showers, complete with hair dryers and premium toiletries, including gel/shampoo and moisturizer dispensers. You'll also find two inviting living rooms, one equipped with a generous 55" screen, a spacious dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, a gym for those fitness enthusiasts, a sprawling garden with a barbecue area, a sun-drenched solarium adorned with hammocks, and an outdoor shower to enhance your relaxation.
Masdache is nestled in the heart of a volcanic landscape at the center of the island. Renowned for its tranquility, exceptional wine, and thriving agriculture, this area offers the perfect balance between peaceful respite and exciting exploration, making it an ideal base for your stay.
Air Conditioning:
We leave a courtesy credit in the a/c coin meter. Once this credit has been used, you must refill the coin meter during your stay at your own expense.
WELCOME: To enhance your stay, we provide bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Upon arrival, you'll find our courtesy amenity kit, including shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion dispensers, as well as a welcome pack in the kitchen stocked with essentials like water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, and more. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, feel free to contact us to inquire about availability and any associated fees.
CAR RENTAL: We strongly recommend reserving a rental car before your arrival in Lanzarote to fully explore the island at your own pace. With regards to the additional guest, this was due to a mis-reading between Booking.com and the rates established on their site. For this error, we are unable to accept it as our agency's fault as it was an internal fault of the agent you booked with. We visited the house to inform you of the conversations held with booking.com relating the additional payment and we noticed that no one was in the house but yet the entire house had lights on. Please understand that we were reminding you that the island is a natural biosfer and we want to keep our carbon foot print as small as possible. This is why we kindly requested you keep in mind the mal-use of energy that is not necessary to have on or in use.
