Villa Olympus is an eighteenth century restored villa rental located at the foothills of Asolo near Venice, in a beautiful six acres park with green lawns and secular trees that surround the 7 x 14 m pool. It sleeps up to 16* people and it is perfect for a large family or a group of friends who want to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Located at the center of the Veneto Region, the sea, the Dolomites, and important Veneto art towns are all located within an hour's drive.

The owner's residence is located in the property, in the "Barchessa" between the gate and the villa. The entire villa is 1160 sq. meters (the guests accommodations... comprise of 960 sq. meters). There is parking available inside the property for four cars. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house.

Villa Asolo has three floors and is comprised of three independent apartments (one sleeps eight guests, another six guests, and the third, two guests). All three apartments have separate entrances and either a kitchen or kitchenette.

The first apartment (800 sq. meters) is the largest and sleeps eight guests. It's located on the ground and first floors. The entrance is from the garden and leads to and entrance hall, office area, TV room, formal dining room (10/12 people), the "Spanish" red room (leading to a charming pergola), second dining room (seating for 16 guests), half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas range, oven, coffee maker), and a laundry with washing machine and iron. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. Up 16 steps to the first floor are four double bedrooms with four ensuite bathrooms. All four bedrooms are spacious and attractively furnished with antiques. The villa is not air conditioned, but each bedroom is equipped with a fan.

The second apartment (160 sq. meters) sleeps six guests and is located on the second floor of the villa (28 steps). It has an independent entrance from the rear of the villa. The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other bathtub), a large living/dining area (with TV, DVD player and stereo), dining table (seating six guests) and a fully equipped kitchen (gas ranges, oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine).

The third apartment (55 sq. meters) sleeps two guests and is also located on the second floor with an independent entrance from the rear of the villa. It consists of a studio with a double bed, kitchenette with microwave, and bathroom with shower.

There is no telephone in the villa and Internet/Wi-Fi is available only in the large apartment. The villa has been comfortably restored and the beautiful garden has been featured in Italian garden magazines. The owners' friendly dog lives on the property.Read more
