Sunnymede is situated within the quiet hamlet of Ellingstring and five miles from Masham. Sunnymede is a terraced cottage that sleeps up to six people, has three bedrooms and two open fires. Wonderful Sunnymede is a stone built terraced cottage which dates back to the 18th century. Sunnymede is located in a hamlet called Ellingstring, just five miles from the market town of Masham. The cottage has been brilliantly restored and retains some original features such as old beams and feature fireplaces. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Although small in size it was comfortable and despite being a terraced property, it was quiet both inside and out. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed and best of all the bathroom had both a bath and a seperate shower keeping us both happy! Our welcome was warm and "food parcel" pleasing.

A lovely cottage in a quiet village with little passing traffic. The cottage is well equipped and warm and cosy.The back garden could do with attention but apart form that I would recommend this cottage for anybody wanting to stay in a cottage in a quite location yet a short drive away from beautiful tourist spots.
