This exclusive villa has been built on a plot of 325m2, with a living area of 110m2 in 2 different floors. It's modern and comfortable furnishing is a clear evidence of good taste and design.

The terrace with dreamy views of the mountains, the golf course (hole 16, 17 and 18).

The living-dining room, directly connected to the terrace and the kitchen, has been decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and affords wonderful and enjoyable views through its sliding doors.

Modern equipment, Plasma TV, DVD, international TV channels, stereo (with USB and IPOD connection), air conditioning and heating), will make you feel at... home, wifi internet access.

Master bedroom is situated on the ground floor, with a direct access to the terrace through large sliding door; it counts on a double bed and has been decorated with exclusive oriental materials. A safe has been placed inside its large and spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. This bright and pleasant room affords also wonderful panoramic views from the surroundings.

The second bedroom with 2 single beds, is located on the top floor, and counts also on its own private bathroom with shower and direct access to a second sunny terrace.

Comfortable sun beds to allow you read a book while sunbathing or having a little nap (Spanish siesta...)

Any necessary appliance and utensil, for an easy and comfortable cooking is available in this fully equipped kitchen. We believe that attention to detail, even in the kitchen, is indispensable to ensure the best for our customers. Refresh yourself whenever you need by having a pleasant swim in this fantastic sunny pool. Sunbeds are ideally situated to take advantage of the sun, until late hours.

If you are in the mood for something different, just by driving 8 minutes, you will be at the centre of Maspalomas, with all its attractions, shopping centres, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!!

  Marianka, we have enjoyed our stay in Vista 9 very much. The breakfast service was unexpected and therefor very surprisingly. Your service to us for the last day was toppy !!!
  
  The house was perfect and very well equiped. The only remark coud be the cleaning time. We were ther 11 days and the cleaning (very good) took place after 8 days. It would have been better after 5/6 days.
  
  We will recommend your facilities to ous friends.

  Home from Home. Great Service

  Just back from a wonderful stay in the Vista Golf 9. The villa itself was beautiful but what impressed me most was the investment the owners have made in really making this a home from home. We arrived quite late in the evening and found a lovely surprise waiting for us. Bottle of wine, snacks, bread and milk for the morning it was a great welcome. Each day the company dropped fresh bread outside our door ready for breakfast. They couldn't have done enough of us. It was raining one of the days we stayed there and it was great to be in this villa that was so well equiped to cope with the weather. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and this company. Both were a delight
